Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") govern the sale of products on the website novachrome.net, published by NovaChrome, a sole proprietorship represented by Mr. Wilsen Hachani, registered at 8 Boulevard de Champaret, 38300 Bourgoin-Jallieu, France (SIRET: 93461862000017, EU VAT number: FR62934618620), hereinafter "NovaChrome" or "the Seller".
Placing an order on the website constitutes full acceptance of these GTC by the customer, hereinafter "the Buyer".
Article 1 — Products
NovaChrome offers chrome-finish wired earbuds and related accessories for sale. The key characteristics of each product are described on its product page. Photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match with the actual product, particularly regarding colors.
Article 2 — Price
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs where applicable. NovaChrome reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price applied is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 3 — Order
The Buyer selects the desired products, adds them to the cart, then confirms the order after reviewing its contents and total price. Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these GTC. A confirmation email is sent to the Buyer once payment has been validated.
Article 4 — Payment
Payment is made online, at the time of order, by credit card or PayPal, via a secure payment interface. NovaChrome does not store any banking data on its own servers.
Article 5 — Delivery
Delivery terms, timeframes, and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. NovaChrome delivers to Metropolitan France and the European Union.
Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with applicable regulations, the Buyer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.
Article 7 — Warranties
All products sold by NovaChrome benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the legal warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), at no extra cost. Under the legal guarantee of conformity, the Buyer has two years from delivery of the product to take action.

Article 8 — Liability
NovaChrome cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the product by the Buyer, or from a case of force majeure.
Article 9 — Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Article L616-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute not resolved directly with our customer service, the Buyer may make free use of a consumer mediator. [To be completed: contact details of the consumer mediator NovaChrome is affiliated with.]
Article 10 — Personal Data
The processing of the Buyer's personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Article 11 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
Article 12 — Amendments to the GTC
NovaChrome reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The GTC applicable are those in effect on the date of the order.
